All claims under the scheme are now handled by PCL claims limited.
PCL are a specialist marine insurance claims company, and are used by Aviva across their extensive marine cargo and removals insurance portfolio.
Once your shipment has arrived at your new home, you are given 7 days to thoroughly check for any damages or goods missing, and advise PCL of your intention to make a claim.
